UVAIZ BADRI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026

This policy explains how Uvaiz Badri ("I", "me") handles information on uvaizbadri.com and in My Assistant, a private productivity tool I built for my own use.

1. This website

  • The contact form does not store anything on this website. When you submit it, your browser opens WhatsApp with your message pre-filled, and you choose whether to send it.
  • The website does not use advertising cookies and does not sell or share visitor information.
  • The hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance.

2. My Assistant (Google integration)

My Assistant connects to a Google account only after that account's owner signs in and grants permission. It is intended for my own Google account. It uses these Google services:

  • Google Tasks: to read, add, update and complete tasks.
  • Google Calendar: to read events and to create, change or cancel meetings, including Google Meet links.
  • Google Sheets: to read and update rows in spreadsheets the user asks it to work with, such as follow-up and lead sheets.

Data from these services is used only to carry out the request the user makes at that moment (for example, "add a task" or "show my lead dashboard"). It is not stored by My Assistant beyond what is needed to complete the request, is not sold, is not used for advertising, and is not shared with anyone except the AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) that the user is talking to, which needs it to answer the request.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

My Assistant's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Removing access

You can remove My Assistant's access to a Google account at any time from myaccount.google.com/permissions. After access is removed, it can no longer read or change any Google data.
